For most of my career, I focused on rising, doing more, achieving more, pushing forward. And in many ways it served me. But it also came with its own set of lessons.
There were moments where I moved too fast. Where I was out of alignment. Where things didn’t unfold the way I’d hoped.
When I finally slowed down enough to look at the zigzags of my professional journey, the pivots, the failures, the honest reflections that followed, I began to see them differently. Not as missteps, but as experiences that shaped how I think, how I lead, and how I show up.
What I’ve come to understand, both personally and professionally, is that growth isn’t just about the rising. It requires reflection. It requires the willingness to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with what truly matters.
That is what this collective is.
Not a program to keep up with. Not another thing on your calendar to dread. A small, intentional group where you get to slow down, be supported, and reconnect with what is already within you.
I use the resurrection fern as the anchor for this work. It is a plant that can lie dormant for years and come back to life with a little water and sunlight. Nothing within it is missing. Given the right conditions, it simply re-emerges.
That is what I believe about the people who come to this collective. Nothing within you is missing either.

Grow in Flow is a monthly coaching and wellbeing practice designed for women who want consistent support, grounded structure, and intentional growth — without the depth or intensity of the full Immersion.
This offering blends personalized coaching, reflective practices, and monthly touchpoints to help you stay connected to your wellbeing, your goals, and your natural strengths throughout the year.
Rooted in the Flow Framework, Grow in Flow integrates the science of Gallup’s strengths-based coaching with mindful, embodied practices from yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Each month, you’ll reconnect with clarity, deepen your self-awareness, and build rhythms that support alignment in your everyday life.

Awaken the Essentials is your entry point into The Flow Collective — a supportive, spacious 12-month experience designed to help you reflect, reconnect with your natural strengths, and build steady practices that create clarity and calm in your everyday life.
Through monthly flow sessions, reflective prompts, and grounding mindfulness practices, you’ll begin to cultivate the self-awareness and alignment that make meaningful growth possible. Paired with individualized coaching every other month, this offering gives you the guidance and structure you need to stay connected to yourself while navigating a full season of life.
This is your foundation — a gentle, intentional way to awaken your inner clarity and begin living with more presence, purpose, and ease.
Step into a day of renewal designed to restore your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit. Grounded in the Reflect, Recover, and Rise framework, this retreat blends mindful movement, deep rest, and the healing elements of water and nature.
Morning Flow – Reflect (8:15 a.m.)
Begin with a 75-minute yoga flow to awaken the body and mind, setting intentions and releasing what no longer serves you.
Midday Flow – Recover (12:00 p.m.)
A 45-minute gentle flow invites you to slow down and restore between spa experiences or personal lunch plans.
Afternoon Flow & Meditation – Rise (4:30 p.m.)
Under the lingering Alaskan light, we’ll close with a 30-minute grounding flow and guided meditation to reflect, integrate the day’s insights, and rise forward with intention.
Retreat registration includes full-day hydrotherapy access and all yoga sessions. Meals and refreshments are on your own, allowing you to flow at your own pace and savor the day as you wish.
