  • Explore the five dimensions of flow and well-being

  • Create a 30–60-90 day strengths-aligned roadmap for intentional action

• Weekly live facilitated group coaching sessions (recorded if you can’t attend)
• Guided reflection prompts and integration exercises
• A sense of accountability and shared momentum within the group
• Grounding yoga and embodied practices to help you reconnect to your body and calm your nervous system
